The social media process begins with an initial discovery call to grasp your vision.

After this call, I will reflect on our conversation and devise social media strategies and templates. This planning phase may last 1-3 weeks, depending on the scope of work, including the number of social media platforms involved and/or the need for industry-specific strategies.

A follow-up call will be arranged to discuss and agree upon the proposed strategies. Once consensus is reached, I’ll send a contract, proposal, and design notes summarizing our discussions.

Design Phase: Within 2-4 weeks after our call, I’ll present the initial designs, such as posts and templates, for your review alongside a finalized social media strategy and a metrics-based report to monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). This will help us understand the content’s performance on various platforms and refine our approach to engage your audience better. Throughout this phase, we’ll thoroughly discuss and revise to ensure our strategy perfectly aligns with your vision.

Implementation Phase: After finalizing the designs, a 1-2 week implementation phase will commence, concluding with four weeks of content scheduled in advance. Once you approve the content, the scheduled posts will be published. This phase includes weekly check-ins to monitor post engagement (i.e., comments and DMs) and ends with a comprehensive monthly report. Rinse and repeat!
